Erin’s Story
After graduating from Butler University with a degree in digital media production, Erin relocated to Shanghai, China where a heartbreaking post-graduate job turned her world upside down and ultimately redefined her purpose.
Erin has since moved back to Columbus, OH, and has embraced her skills as a transformational storyteller to inspire others with stories of resiliency, trust, and authentic human connection. She guides her audiences through meaningful self-reflection and awareness as she engages individuals ages 7-107 in workshops, presentations, and storytelling events across the country.
Erin recognizes the power of a story and the impact of a well-developed narrative. She believes that the art of storytelling not only allows us to hear the voices of others but also creates a foundation from which we can relate to and empathize with one another.
Her first book, Gui Ren: Extraordinary Stories of Ordinary People tells of her unforgettable solo adventures through Southeast Asia and the people who influenced her journey along the way.
Her second book, But, Couldn’t I Do That?: Answering Your Questions About Self-Publishing, tells readers how they, too, can bring their story to printed life.
